UDC Estates Development

Development of 27 allotments at the Tent City area is paramount. The allotments will be surveyed, fenced off with services connected and houses will be built there for sale to the University staff (first preference) and outside public. A detailed business plan for this business opportunity will be prepared and presented to the Board in 2024. UEL will treat the Ten City Project under Estates and Projects Division of UEL even though the land is the name if UDC.

UEL Complex

The UEL does not have a permanent office and there is a need to expand the shopping center in the Campus. The UEL complex is proposed within the campus to house a mini super market, a travel agency, a banking agency and a restaurant. A Detailed business plan with design is to be prepared and presented to the Board in the 2024 financial year.

UEL Hire Cars

This opportunity for hire cars is to hire out cars to the University and staff only. Currently the University is forced to hire from external hire car companies.
A detailed operational and financial proposal will be prepared and presented to the Board (in 2024) for its consideration.

UEL Travel Agency

This opportunity for hire cars is to hire out cars to the University and staff only. Currently the University is forced to hire from external hire car companies.

UEL Shop

The UEL Shop is a minimart that is currently located within the main campus of the university campus, next to the clinic. The shop offers grocery items such store goods, bakery products and frozen goods.

The shop is set up to provide a service to the students and the university staff.
