William Kep has over 20 years of experience across a breadth of industries including housing estates projects, accounting firms, mining, petroleum, merchandising and hotels. Roles worked on include levels; operations management, financial management, business assessments and improvement, strategy and planning, and taxation and business consulting. He will complete an MBA in December 2023 (Torrens University, Aust.). William is a CPA with a bachelor’s degree in commerce (PNGUOT2003). William is currently the General Manager for the Unitech Enterprises
Limited (“UEL Group’’).

Andrew’s professional journey began at NATS in 2009, where he progressed from an Analyst to a Supervisor over a span of six years. From 2015 to 2016, he served as a Geochemist and Environment Specialist at MMJV in the Environment Department. Since 2017, Andrew has held roles from Laboratory Supervisor to Chief Chemist at NATS, demonstrating his advanced skills in laboratory management and chemical analysis.

Mr. Boi is a UDC Manager with over 12 years of work experiences in private and public sector with the background in Land Administration and Property Management. He worked at the management role in various organizations for more than 4 years’ overseeing property and projects including community development, facilities, business activities, Maintenance etc… He normally focus on team building and increase productivity and customer satisfactory. Mr. Boi graduated from the Department of Lands and Survey of PNG University of Technology with great skills, exposure and wealth of experience and skill that will contribute effectively to his new role at UDC and the UEL.

A senior Chemist with over 10years laboratory experience. Currently position as Senior Chemist environment overseeing operation of Laboratory. 2022 – 2023 enrolled as master of philosophy in chemistry. Research specialty include Environment, Pollution Control, and Water Quality. Currently the Chief Chemist at NATSL.

40years of work experience in catering services with reputable mining organization and is now a catering services Manager at UEL Catering services.

Karen entered the workforce in 2022. She has worked her way through from an initial job as a receptionist to being a sales representative and to supervisory roles in some of major established retail and merchanting businesses in Lae. After a two-year break from work, Karen started work in April 2022 at the UEL Shop at the Unitech Campus as a Shop Supervisor. She has just been appointed the Manager for the UEL Shop (August 2023). She is customer oriented and is currently pursing a degree as well in Business Tourism & Hospotality.

Over 30years as a catering services professional in some of PNG’s major mining site (OK Tedi Mine) and major landowner companies. Now a Quality Assurance and Food safety Manager at UEL Catering services.
